A complete production process mainly includes: material

-drying-assembly-inspection
Material procurement:
For the parts that can be inspected on site, our company has a
dedicated quality inspector, such as whether the cylinder is
leaking, these can be found out on site, and only qualified parts
can be put into the warehouse; for conventional parts, the monthly
defective product rate should be less than five in every 1000
parts, if it exceeds, our company sign a punishment agreement with
our suppliers. If it exceeds 1%, we will pay $150 less to our
supplier, if defect rate exceeds 2%, we will be deduct $300, if it
exceeds 3%, we will pay $600 less, and it will double in turn.
with this agreement, suppliers will take it seriously. So in recent
years, our company’s after-sales complaints have reduced, and when
we offer better quality product, the reputation is getting better,
and our customers' business grew with us.
6.Inspection of MCLLROY Forklift
All of MCLLROY forklifts need to be seriously tested before
delivery such as tilting angle test, brake system test,wheel lock
test,climbing test, steering test, lifting test and others.
MCLLROY diesel forklift with paper roll clamp have strict quality
control system. Although strict quality control has been carried
out during the production process, to ensure our customers can
receive high performance forklifts, all of our forklifts will be
tested again before delivery.
Our quality inspection is divided into indoor inspection and
outdoor inspection. Indoor testing includes braking performance,
the inclination angle of mast, detection of chassis oil leakage,
counterweight, etc. Outdoor testing includes loading, lifting,
tilting, turning, climbing, etc.
