4.Production lines of MCLLROY Wheel Loader

A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection

Assembly:

Our factory has arranged seven steps for the assembly process. With over a thousand parts in a loader, I will now elaborate on the assembly of the major components.

During the fifth step of assembly, the following tasks are completed: The cab floor is installed onto the loader, and the hydraulic oil pipe is connected to the radiator. Then, the oil tanks, steering oil tank, and pipeline are installed, followed by the driver's cab bumper. To complete the electrical system, the battery is connected, and diesel and hydraulic oil are added. Finally, the engine hood is installed, along with the air filter, diesel filter, silencer, engine throttle cable, flame-out cable, and handbrake cable.

At this stage, the hydraulic oil pipeline is connected, and the necessary screws and clamps are tightened. It is crucial to ensure that there are no oil leaks after the pipeline installation. Our workers make markings to remind themselves of the installed pipe to prevent subsequent malicious reports or after-sales disputes.

Here, you can see the marking made by our worker after connecting the pipeline. In case someone deliberately loosens the screw in the following step, resulting in oil leakage from the pipes, this mark will become misaligned. During the after-sales process, we may encounter customers who unscrew the pipeline screws without notice and complain about product problems and tubing leaks. At this point, our marking system can address the issue. The marking line will be misaligned due to the screw being loosened twice.

This installation stage is more complicated, so we have allocated four workers to complete it.
