3.Details and advantages of MCLLROY Wheel Loader
The enhanced front and rear frames are proved by 100,000-cycle
reliability test.
The lower hinge joint is upgraded from knuckle bearings to tapered
roller bearings to prolong the life by 50%.
The wheelbase of the rear frame is extended to enhance the
stability and tipping load of the whole machine.
New designed axle with thicker shell.
Oil tube is connected in priority valve in non-rotated form,which
prevents the oil tube from cracking in cold circumstances.
The high tenacity engine hood creates a safer and bigger space of
maintenance.
Three-layer steel wire tube makes long service life.

4.Delivery of MCLLROY Wheel Loader
The most important thing for delivery is the stability. The climate
at sea is unpredictable. If the reinforcement is improper, it will
cause damage to the machine during transportation. For example, if
the lifting boom is not properly reinforced, it will cause the boom
to fall, smash the cab, and smash the glass.
The shipping process for MCLLROY is as follows:
1.Tool box put in the loader.
2.Seat and control panel warp in PVC.
3.Warning lights put in the loader.
4.Drive the loader inside the Container.
5.Stabilize the loader with heavy steel rope.
6.Fasten triangles wood in bottom of tires.
7.Close and seal the door ready for shipment.
